You can tell this isn’t just another restaurant, it’s a place where quality and hospitality truly matter.

Chef Andrea Metzger is an incredibly talented chef whose dedication to her craft shines through in every dish. Her commitment extends far beyond the kitchen. She has built a restaurant where everyone is welcome, and she has shown meaningful support for the LGBTQ+ community by creating an inclusive, affirming environment for both guests and staff.

It’s disappointing to see a local business face harassment simply because it chooses to treat people with dignity and respect. Supporting your community shouldn’t come with backlash, yet Andrea has continued to lead with kindness, integrity, and courage.

As Adagio transitions to its new name, Cast Iron, I have no doubt it will continue to be one of the area’s best dining experiences.
