Waited 40 minutes on 2 jr bacon biggie bags and 2 4 piece kids meals and chili cheese fries. Food was cold. Chili cheese fries were soggy. The jbcb meals were missing fries. Ridiculous.
Worst drive thru experience of my life. Waited 45 minutes trying to get our food. The Frosty was missing, the fries were missing, my kid didnt get her Kids Meal. Requested the items 2 times. Was asked to produce the receipt 2 times which I did. We finally gave up and went to Hardees. Paid for food we never got but the place was just unspeakably bad. It was worth it to escape. I saw only 2 people working; they need to close due to lack of staffing.
