The Flavor of our tacos took me back to the Taco Casa chain in Texas, so good! The workers were nice, the atmosphere was cool and our food was hot and flavorful.

Third visit here today. If you’re craving authentic Mexican food, this is NOT the place. I’m not putting it down, just setting appropriate expectations.
This is more in the vein of Taco Mayo (TexMex Fast Food), or Taco Bell (whatever genre that falls into), though I would say Su Taco Casa is better than Taco Bell for sure. The soft tortilla beef tacos are worth having on multiple occasions, and would beat Taco Bell tacos hands down every day. The bean burritos could use some improvements (need to be thicker and actually folded like a burrito). I’m still making my way through their menu, so will try to come back and update on the Taco Burger, Enchiladas, and other items in the future.
Service is fast, and gets the job done. There isn’t a ton of engagement from them, but when it happens, they’re quick and polite.
The atmosphere is typical fast food environment, but with a couple of twists. There isn’t music BLARING overhead, which is a good change from other fast food places. AND, they have interesting graffiti wall art featuring the names of Jehovah and the meaning of each one. Also several small posters of sayings of Jesus, or encouraging words about biblical people and their circumstances.

Ate there today it was clean the food is excellent the service is unbeatable I go there every time I get to go to middlesboro and I am never dissapointed with anything its all around my favorite place to eat in middlesboro
This place sucks, it used to be cheaper which made it okay but they're charging taco bell prices for cafeteria food. Don't recommend it much. I can only recommend coming here once just to check it out and try the taco burger. But once you've had that it's not worth going back.
Great food. Sure miss the one we had years ago in Somerset Ky. Would love to see it return.

Our family loves Taco Casa so much we drive from Somerset to Middlesboro several times a year! The food taste exactly the same as it did in the 90's, when there was a Taco Casa in Somerset Mall. Nostalgia at its best!
