Good food, friendly service. But food is much pricier than the google reviews have led us to believe. It would be $10-$20 a person if you only ate off the kids menu or got a sandwich. It’s closer to $30-$50 per person.
Poutine fries were good. Ask for the BBQ sauce in the side. The beet salad was amazing. Hubby got a club sandwich and it was basic sandwich nothing special. Service was slow. But we did come during the fall festival. Had to ask status of beer though as waitress forgot.
We barged in with seven people for lunch on Friday, and the crew at Gibsons welcomed us, made us feel at home, and did their best to make everything just right. Our food was great, all of it, and I was just amazed at how hard the staff worked to make everything come together. The food was better than bar food. I had the grouper, and it was delicious.
