I was introduced to Gibson's some time ago by my fiance and I was greatly impressed. They are, in my opinion, more of a high end yet casual place to dine. Prices can be a little high on some menu items, but when you serve food as well prepared as they do then the price of those particular menu items is definitely justified. My favorite item is the chicken parmesan.
Seemed like a nice place. Good staff , nice setting. Prices weren't too bad. ... however, when you pay $30-$45 for a steak. It should be well above the quality of a $15 Applebee's steak. And if should be cooked as ordered. I understand it's not a $80 + steak but when you order medium rare and it comes out black/gray throughout, it's waaay overcooked.
