We LOVED camping here this past weekend. Everything was great. The marina is the nicest one we have been to, and our campsite has a great view of the lake. The staff is amazing, and extremely friendly. Our whole family loved it. Can’t wait to go back!

I love everything about it. Great family oriented place to be and so much to do. The kids love it and it’s beautiful.

The staff at Conley Bottom was so nice in every interaction…. Marina store, boat crew, boat mechanic. We rented the Deluxe Voyager and we weren’t disappointed. Beds were comfy, full kitchen, and fun slide. We would definitely do this again. ?

Hello Amber, It doesn’t seem like you really understood my first email so please let me be more clear. I am a seasoned traveler who has stayed in many different types of lodging, all over the country. I have stayed in several cabins over the years as we prefer them to rooms. I have never had to ask about steps when I made reservations because no cabin I’ve stayed in had more than three steps. My husband has stayed at your place many years ago and asked me to make certain I reserved a cabin, not a room. I confirmed with the person taking my reservation that indeed I was reserving a cabin. So maybe now you can understand why I never voiced a concern about steps when making my reservation. My husband was really upset and therefore my day was ruined. We were starved so we headed to the restaurant only to find it was not open yet. Pre-made pizza does not a RESORT make. So since I’m at it, let me list the items that were a problem for us. No restaurant Gas grill would not get hot- my husband made several trips up and down the steps trying to cook hamburgers Charcoal grill was past repair Not one decent knife in the kitchen Toaster set off the fire alarm, twice Bed was completely worn out Couch was so worn out that you fell towards the center. No place to fish unless you renter a boat or brought your own. There used to be We rented a boat which was fine but paying $4.00 for night crawlers and over $6 a gallon for gas is over the top for guests! All things considered, we left a day early. I would like a full refund for my lodging. That will not make up for a ruined much needed and long awaited vacation. However, I would then fell like I was not cheated or lied to. Patricia Donithan

Please consider renting from Conley Bottom if you are visiting Lake Cumberland. The marina is beautiful and the staff are friendly and accommodating. Prices are very reasonable. We truly enjoyed our experience!

We had intended on camping in their campground but stormy weather forced us to a hotel. We rented a jet ski for an entire day and a double deck pontoon boat for the entire next day. The employees go over every detail and are very friendly. Life jackets were provided in all needed sizes. We cannot wait to return and do a repeat of this vacation! We thoroughly enjoyed stopping in the middle of the lake and jumping and sliding off the pontoon into the water. We also anchored on a beach for a while and hiked around locating firewood to make a quick campfire for smores before heading back to the marina in a downpour, which did stop just before we reached the marina, so we stopped and played right next to a gorgeous rainbow. They have lots of carts to help with loading all the things needed for a day on the lake. The pontoon had a grill, cooler and garbage can. Everything worked very well.

What else do you do when you need to book a socially isolated vacation? Book a houseboat! We booked from Conley Bottom and I would love to tell you it was horrible so there are less people next time we go, but this was a wonderful vacation. Everyone at Conley Bottom took care of us no matter what we needed. Fishing tips...DONE! Exchange our ski boat due to possible engine issues to make our wives comfortable....DONE! Teach me how to parallel park, (thanks Paul) as 75' houseboat....DONE! Really great place and people, and of course overall just refreshing to be on vacation. Thanks everyone at Conley Bottom from check in to check out! The lake is a whole other piece to my story! We tied off in a secluded cove, swam, (the lake was warm as bathwater) fished, got chased by an angry beaver, (ok, it didn't chase me, but was certainly startled!) jet skied for a couple hours, fed turtles, and had some amazing time with family just to name a few. If you love water, want to have a relaxing vacation, willing to work a little, (such as cooking) give Lake Cumberland as well as Conley Bottom some consideration. You won't regret it! Thanks once again to everyone at the Marina for being such wonderful people!

This location rents rent boats, jet skis, and almost anything that will float from this location......Mainly boats! They have a very nice selection of pontoon boats that have built in gas grills, coolers, and sliding boards. You have the beautiful Lake Cumberland to go on a adventure! You can rent for a half day or a full day! You also have to pay for gas FYI. You get to bring your own food, drinks, and floats. Paul took great care of us! Some days they are so busy with so many families/friends ready to go ( get the 5 minute rundown of the boat for safety before you are able to leave) they should hire more staff for the busy times FYI! This remains one of the most cost effective places to rent any boat on the marina! New places keep popping up! Great time on the lake with excellent equipment at a fair price! See you all soon!Thank you!
