This man somehow turned ordering a McDouble and a large Coke into a five-star customer service experience. Friendly, funny, and genuinely made the drive-thru feel like I was catching up with an old friend instead of ordering fast food.

McDonald’s needs to protect Kenny at all costs. Give that man a raise, a promotion, and whatever employee discount he wants.

“It's my half way pit stop between Va and IL. I have lunch and gas up at BP. Always friendly staff; good food. I had the garlic cheese grilled chicken. Excellent. I always know I can get a fast lunch, and I know I'm getting satisfying food that will last for the rest of my trip home. I really like the location being a quick exit and easy entrance back onto I-64. Love it!“
