“Have done carryout multiple times because of the discounts for doing so, also the food is spectacular. Service has always been awesome, friendly and quick (I usually get food around 10pm when I get off of work, so shoutout whoever is on that shift time). And the food has been great, again.

And when I have gone into the store, it's very clean and nice looking. No complaints. The workers are doing a fantastic job.“

“Food is actually pretty nice for what you get, went in and got their veggie pizza but went with the pretzel crust this time, and it was actually pretty decent! Also got the garlic parm wings and they were a lil dry but tasted good, id give them a 4 star. The one top thing i recommend is the twix brookie, that thing is dangerous. overall pretty decent food, nice staff, and decent timing on cooking time“

“I just had the best chain pizza I have ever had. Whoever made my large extra sauce bacon pizza is probably Papa John himself. It was actually so good. And for ten dollars? Heck yeah! For the price of making food and doing dishes at home, I can have some goated chefs make me pizza. Like I said, that bacon pizza was amazing. 10/10 would recommend.“

“Stopped by on a whim, great employees. They were helpful when we couldn't decide what we wanted. Told me to try the sweet vanilla cream drinks and it was the bomb with mt dew sweet lightening. “We visited here for a birthday party earlier today. The girl who waited on us was named Kaylee. She was fantastic. However there were 30+ of us and she was running the show alone. The kitchen mixed up our food and we had missing food. She was running 95% of the food to us and got ALL of our drinks by herself. She was the only server assigned to us and she did ALL the work. As a server myself for 10+ years that's absolutely ridiculous. I've always shared a party that large with another server and if for some reason I was on my own my coworkers helped me with drinks and helped run food. She had no team players except ONE time a young lady helped by bringing two appetizers to the table. A manager should always come see how service and food is before the party leaves and we didn't see a manager for the 3 hours we were there. Thank you to Kaylee for handling the party on her own, you were fantastic ma'am.“

“Had a great experience at the Fern Creek location. The online ordering system was down so our order did not go through. The management staff handled it really well. Came out an explained what happened, apologized for the delay, offered us a free soft drink while we waited and more. I feel they went above and beyond to personally handle our order despite the delay being beyond their control. We will definitely be returning as regular patrons. Our order was fresh and delicious.“

“We came to visit the great equip expo. I never ate here before so I wanted to try it. Very good food. We tasted quality. Definitely some of the best chicken strips I’ve ever had tbh.
