stood at the counter for 15 minutes being ignored the whole time. walked out to go to burger king. learn to acknowledge your customers at the least
Today’s service was horrible. The drive through was really slow. When I finally got to order, it was brutal, they got my order wrong and when I corrected it they got it wrong again. After about five corrections they somewhat got it correct but, not totally. When I paid for it I looked at the receipt and noticed there was a diet drink but, I order a regular drink. I told the young lady that I ordered a regular drink and she said it was fine because she had not fixed it yet....read full review
I’ve tried to give this Wendy’s the benefit of the doubt, I know it’s hard staffing people right now, and customers are difficult, but today was the last straw. Pulled into the drive through line, ordered, received my order then pulled up to check. Upon inspection I realized I was missing my kids meal, at the point the line is wrapped around the building so I figured we will go in.
