Off highway 65, easy to find. Burgers were great. Coleslaw was real good. Carrot cake was sooo moist. Julie was a delight and very friendly. Service was fast and efficient.
Murray's is a small, local diner. Everyone knows everyone in there. I'm from out of town but will always stop if I blow through town!
Food was good. If you like quaint little places, it’s great. Only issue was that the half&half for coffee on the table was expired. Didn’t realize it until I saw floaters in my cup. That said, the wait staff promptly got me another cup of Joe and fresh half&half.
Murray's Restaurant offers a cozy diner experience with good food, like the Best Western omelet and steak. The locals provide entertaining conversations, making it a gem just off the 65. This is the place to come for good old fashioned comfort food and home cooking. You won’t go home hungry for sure. Burgers are delicious and the carrot cake is sooo moist. The meatloaf is especially good and the country ham is a favorite. Fries are fresh and the coleslaw is real good and creamy. The service is fast and efficient and the staff is friendly. It has an at home atmosphere and you can order ahead and pick it up to go.
