Changing my perfect review of this Starbucks to much lower rating. Service at the drive-thru has been lacking with disinterested employees for lack of a better explanation. When ordering drinks and food it seems like its a big deal if you want or expect napkins to come with the order. Then when your handed the napkin its crumpled up. Why??? You order online for drive-thru pickup shouldn't napkins be automatic when order includes food and drink? Does Starbucks expect customers...read full review
