I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!

Based on the reviews, Hardee’s is under new management, which has led to a 100% turn around for some customers. The food is good, with the hot ham and cheese combo being a standout item. The food was hot, the fries were freshly made and nice and crispy, and customers have always loved their cokes. The customer service is great, with employees described as professional, kind, and having a great personality. The staff are pretty friendly. However, some customers have experienced poor service and slow window service, with one wait time of 25 minutes. It can be frustrating when one person does the drive through and walk up counter, and sometimes the restaurant runs out of coffee cream. At night, the outdoor sign on the corner is never illuminated. Despite this, the hamburgers and sandwiches are better than most others.
