“For the most part, if I'm not getting my days started off with MadCity Cafts, it can be a little rocky. This lovely place is filled with so much welcoming love. I've been coming a few months now and the customer service is A1, has yet to skip a beat. The atmosphere is pleasant and calming. Food and drinks... I'll share my top favs, but the drinks of combinations are unlimited. My go to is any flavor, with my lotus energy shot and coconut water. Gives me a natural smooth energy jolt throughout my day. My snack tackle box, filled with your choice of 8 healthy selections listed on their board, creative, and last majority throughout my busy errand day. Last but not least, the delicious chicken salad sandwich and pasta, both filled with so much flavor and tastiness ? y'all are awesome sauce ?”

“They have the best food around. The breakfast is good and lunch is also good. They have a huge assortment of vegetables as well as several different choices of meat every day. On Friday, they have the best fish in Hopkins County! Just try it, it is like home cooking, delicious!”

“Can I give one place 6 stars once a year? Ferrell's would be it! Ate there for the first time ever this past weekend. Did breakfast, just basic eggs, bacon and toast but the food was great. Every year when we came home the first place we stopped was the Dairy Queen for Chuck Wagon matter of fact in our travels to various sites you are the only one we found that served one. “The staff was so wonderful for our last minute change of dinner plans and the food was delicious! We were there late and they never made us feel rushed, drinks were constantly full and we adore their water service. Our super picky 7 year old asked what a Chef's Burger was on the kid's menu and I told him a burger made by the chef. His eyes got big and he said I want that. He declared it the best burger ever and said he was slipping into a food coma for the first time. haha! Thank you all for a great late evening!”

The server with red hair that was in a low pony was incredibly rude and slammed my food down and never smiled but instead looked me up and down like I shouldn’t be there. All the other staff was amazing and checked up on me while this server never came back and checked on all her other tables with such enthusiasm. I felt discriminated against for being young and eating by myself. If I saw her again I would walk right back out. Worst attitude I’ve ever seen at a restaurant.”
