I really enjoyed the tour and the tasting! A fun experience with my wife, and met some nice people that were also on the tour. Pensive has a great bourbon, really enjoyed the Apple Pie Moonshine as well.

We met the owner, Scott, during a tasting at Party Source. He was really friendly and mentioned that the distillery also serves food. Since we were looking for a dinner spot, we decided to check it out—and we’re so glad we did! The staff were welcoming, and the food was excellent. My husband took on their burger challenge, which was a lot of fun (and he even won a hat!).

Super small batch distillery - very smooth bourbon and vodka. The gin has a heavy hit of anise (yum). The hidden speakeasy was THE vibe. Service was amazing, Sofia was the best! She set us up in the perf spot, made us her favorite cocktail, gave us a tour, and just overall was great to hang out with. Def recommend decorating your own cork to add to the wall!
