The workers do not like giving full portions of protein… Sometimes you’ll order a double portion and they’ll give you 2 extra cubes of chicken and look at you as if that’s supposed to be acceptable. If someone is gonna pay $20 for a burrito, give them their money’s worth, it’s
not worth the potential loss of customers…

I paid I don’t know how much for the chicken and the guacamole and they maybe put half a scoop. What a waste of my money. Just going to stick with the one in highland heights. And I am a die hard chipotle eater. Very disappointed.

We lov Chipotle……but the Newport location seems to have changed. It doesn’t seem a clean, the employees don’t seem as interested I providing great service. I had ordered Salad Bowl, the lettuce was the bottom of the pan and did not look right. Changed my to a bowl and was given the side eye. Just totally out of character for a Chipotle
