I paid I don’t know how much for the chicken and the guacamole and they maybe put half a scoop. What a waste of my money. Just going to stick with the one in highland heights. And I am a die hard chipotle eater. Very disappointed.

We lov Chipotle……but the Newport location seems to have changed. It doesn’t seem a clean, the employees don’t seem as interested I providing great service. I had ordered Salad Bowl, the lettuce was the bottom of the pan and did not look right. Changed my to a bowl and was given the side eye. Just totally out of character for a Chipotle

Granted, we went in 30 minutes before the end of their shift....however, the staff seemed to all be stoned or something. They were mumbling to each other, one person mumbled something, moved away from the counter while the others stood there avoiding eye contact and staring into space.
The entire time we were in there, a person was swiping trash out from under the drinks and condiment counter.....and there was A LOT and we had to walk through it to get drinks and even...
