I work at a law firm. I am the head of hospitality. Our firm is always looking for new vendors. We were referred by one of the employees. First, the customer service was AWESOME. Katherine was so kind and professional. I ordered breakfast for an event for seventy people. I let her choose what to prepare for breakfast. She did a wonderful job. The choices were what I was looking for. There were meat, vegetarian, and vegan options. The food was set up nicely. People were pleased with the food. One attorney stated that it was the best she had. People were going back for seconds. The taste and quantity of the food were great.

EatWell catered our family-only micro wedding in March 2025. Our guests said that the food was the best wedding food they've ever had! We had Southern inspired seasonal foods with bread from one of our favorite local vendors. We had a brisket meat and three style meal to honor Nashville and Texas roots. The captain saved the day by finding one of our flower girl's bracelet in the trash. And the bartender became like one of our family! They were also able to use our family apple butter to do a custom signature cocktail named after our dog, Dolly. Overall, I cannot say enough good things about EatWell. Because our wedding was so small, outstanding food and our signature cocktail were my top priorities. EatWell really delivered and made our wedding a dream come true!

I am very happy that we chose to work with eat well for our wedding! Katie was fantastic and so easy to work with. She checked in frequently and coordinated multiple phone calls during the planning process to make sure that all bases were covered. The food was DELICIOUS and we received multiple compliments on it. At the event, there were lots of catering staff available that were super on top of clearing dishes and refilling water. They also made sure that my husband and I always had plates of food, cake, and drinks from the bar. I could not have asked for better.

They helped us craft a perfect menu that met our dietary needs and accounted for all of our guest's dietary needs. Not only will you do a tasting for the menu items you choose, but you can attend open houses and try a variety of their menu. This was such a fun part of our experience!
