Issac is the best! Every single time my husband and I go they give us the best service. Issac is so quick and polite, Graeters should take notes💅 I know it’s going to be good when I pull up to the drive through and see Issac working.

The best ice cream in the world, even better than the places in NYC. Everywhere I go there is no place like Graeters! My only wish is that you would bring back the dairy-free line for my BF who can't have milk- it was soo nice to go on dates here when we could both enjoy ice cream.

Have been to this location many times and have always enjoyed the ice cream cones. This time, two of us ordered brownie sundaes and found them to be less that spectacular. The brownies were dry and grainy. The hot fudge lacked flavor, and even the ice cream was lackluster. They simply weren’t up to the standards we expect from Graeter’s. The service was good, the product was not.

Need to repost the drive-through hours as they shut down the drive-through at 10:50pm even though hours of operation are till 11:00am.

Graeter’s is a classic. The ice cream is always high quality. Great selection of flavors and good service. Worth the visit every time.
I really miss having Graeters near my home. The bourbon pecan ice cream was absolutely delicious. I had my other favorite the dark chocolate brownie as the second scoop. I may have to travel to Vegas to get another couple scoops because I don’t live close to one in Arizona!

Me and my daughter came I and she asked a question about her discount and the managers were very rude and snappy and of the people acted like they didn't want to be here if your not happy about Jon leave !!! Never coming back to this location ever !!!!
