we typically don't go to this specific location but will definitely be coming more often. the staff was very accommodating and didn't get frustrated when we asked for more of something in our bowl. the food was hot and all tasted fresh. the owner had a conversation with us and was very kind. the music wasn't too loud and I could have a conversation with the person across from me. very clean. a great lunch spot
I recently visited this location and everything was great!! When I arrived, the cook had just added fresh fajita veggies to the pan. My bowl was fresh and delicious. The manager JoJo was very pleasant, friendly and personable. The speed of checkout was top tier as well. I will return.

This was not my first time at a Hot Head Burritos but it was my first time in a while. The Newport location was fantastic. We had 7 people in our party and we all loved our food. I had a toasted burrito. The sauce that I chose was the southwest ranch and will definitely get it again. Unlike other burrito locations, Hot Head offers a lot of sauces/flavor options.
