“The Lackman is one of my favorite spots in Cincy easily. Their vibe was exactly what you want in a neighborhood bar chill, friendly, and full of history. I love stopping bye for a quick drink or making a whole night of it.
Bartenders are fun, fast, and genuine they gave good recommendations. All my drinks were great. Also as a big coors banquet enthusiast I was so happy to see they carry it.
Everything was priced fairly. The crowd is a perfect mix with an enjoyable atmosphere. It should be on your bucket list for Cincy bars.
The Lackman is a must.“

“Our meal was FANTASTIC. Delicious, with gorgeous presentation. We came in dirty snd hungry after cold, rainy geology field trips associated with a conference. The food was beyond our expectations, and the desserts were the best chocolate cake and best crème brûlée. ever. We’re sorry we didn’t eat here every night we were in town!“

“Great speakeasy experience. Sam was our bartender and he was fantastic—super knowledgeable about the craft and gave some excellent drink suggestions. You can tell he really knows his stuff and enjoys what he does. The atmosphere was perfect and the drinks were outstanding. Would absolutely come back the next time I’m in town.“

“We went midday with no one in here and it was great. The prices for the drinks are much better than what I pay at home. The bartender could have been more sociable but she was preparing for the rush hour I assume. There is plenty of seating and the heat on the outdoor patio works very well.
Being able to order food from below is great also. See you next time“

“Came in during Bockfest and was really impressed. The place was packed, but the bartenders were still attentive and friendly the whole time. They took the time to answer my girlfriend’s questions about the cocktail menu, and they made me a fantastic Old Fashioned. Great service even in the middle of the chaos.“

“Great service love the half hour happy hour on Sunday. I came in talked with the security guy Ephraim I think his name was he showed a true smile.He was so genuine and kind hearted. He let me know about the special you guys had going on any actually made a concern to ask about my day. I really enjoyed that and I really highly recommend this place. “This bowling alley has exactly 1 downside and that's that they dont have a standard set of house balls. In the cincy area, Walts has the best lanes, best prices ($11/2h during the week, $14/2h on the weekend), best maintenance, possibly the best pro shop with Hitts, almost always has lanes available if not running a tournament, great staff, etc. 100% my recommendation for anyone looking to bowl in the cincy area.“
