Just had lunch with a coworker here for the first time and it was absolutely amazing. As soon as I walked in, the bartender was super friendly and helpful. She took our orders quick and got our food to us pretty quick and it was also still hot! The pizza was really good and very reasonably priced. Definitely will be back again!

After a miserable day of travel on Greyhound, Newport Pizza Co literally saved the entire night. I was tired, I was cranky, we got there seven hours late. My girlfriend, a former local, suggested NPC because we could get it as take out and retire for the night. Called it in, arrived just before it finished, and walked out with a fresh, hot pizza.

Overall, it's a pretty standard local pizza. Crispy, fresh, hot. If you're a traveler and you're too exhausted and overwhelmed at the idea of going into a restaurant and eating, this is such a nice place to get carry out from. (It also seems like it'd be a cute place to eat in, but I had been traveling for nearly 20 hours, so that wasn't going to happen.)

I am extremely frustrated with my experience and the complete lack of professionalism from your staff.

I scheduled a delivery for 6:00 PM and selected “leave at door.” As a former delivery driver for Pizza Hut for four years, I know that even with that option, drivers are expected to notify the customer by calling, texting, or at the very least knocking.

Your driver did none of that.

There was no call, no text, and no knock. My food was left outside in the rain for over an hour without my knowledge, making it completely unacceptable and essentially wasted.

To make matters worse, I later received a voicemail from John, who I understand is the manager, claiming the driver knocked and rang the doorbell. This is simply not true. I was in my living room the entire time with my children and would have heard it.

When I attempted to explain this, John was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. He repeatedly talked over me, cut me off, and refused to actually listen. His response—“you selected leave at door”—was not only dismissive but completely ignores the fact that basic communication was never attempted.

This is not just poor service—it’s unacceptable customer treatment. Between the driver’s failure to notify me and the manager’s attitude, this experience was handled terribly from start to finish.

I expect this to be taken seriously and would like a full refund or appropriate compensation for the ruined order. I also strongly suggest retraining staff on proper delivery procedures and basic customer service.

I have loved Newport Pizza since I was a kid. Everytime I got back I load up on $100 worth of takeout. I can't recommend it enough.

Stopped for a couple of slices for lunch. Service was good but it took a little while. All in all the pizza was fresh and hot.

Very busy Friday. Pizza took a little longer than estimated but very nice staff communicated well. Yummy pizza. Got two menu pizzas and removed the meats for my vegetarian son, even busy everything accurate.

This place reminds me of the places I grew up eating at in NY. Pizza consistency is near perfect NY slice. They spike roll their dough so crust doesn't create air bubbles like a NY slice but it holds up when folded and has the dip when not. The sauce, what truly makes a good pizza, is perfect; it's not too sweet, has a tomato forward flavor with a hint of heat and herb. The old school vibe; hard wood floors, old worn red leather no spring booths, it just adds to feel of a good pizza joint. Don't sleep on this place. Grab you a slice and beer.

Steak hoagies, dry as desert sand . Would it really hurt to be more generous? Maybe a couple of more shreds of cheese, more than one piece of diced red onion on each side of the hoagie, maybe dip the teaspoon a little bit deeper in the sauce for a more adequate amount of sauce, because by the time you bake it with only a spread of sauce like you were putting butter on bread leaves it dry as hell. I drove all the way from Burlington for these hoagies, thank you I appreciate your generosity.

We had such a good time at the Newport Pizza Company! The mozzarella balls were amazing and the pizza was delicious! If you are ever in the area, give them a try! You won't be disappointed.

I went in and sat at the bar. I only ordered 2 slices of cheese. They were delicious. The server, who appeared to be the only one, was very nice and working her butt off. There were 2 larger groups and a few couples. Everyone seemed to be having a good time. The people next to me ordered 2 large pizzas. They looked amazing!
The prices were reasonable. The kitchen was moving pretty fast. The inside had a warm classic feel. It was smaller than I expected but it's not cramped. I would recommend giving it a try!
