If you love hibachi you will love this place!!! The food quality is excellent, the portions are satisfying, the price is beyond reasonable!! The place is always clean, the service is fast, and the servers are great!! I’ve been going a minimum of twice monthly for 2 years and I show no signs of slowing down! It feels like a family run business and the family works there as well. (I know a husband and wife do for sure). I love to see the employees interactions with each other and once they recognize you as a regular their interactions with you. The ginger dressing is the best I ever had (they even sell it by the bottle)! Even at capacity our wait is never long. I’m a pleased customer who shares with everyone the experiences I have at Nasu!!! They had one waitress who is no longer there, her name is Asu she was the best and her absence is truly felt! Nasu you rock! Please get a rewards program so I can find another reason to come!!!
Sushi and main dishes = excellent; service by African American slender waiter was subpar. She never had time or a smile. It felt like she was being bothered. Snubbed our table the majority of the time.

I barely got home, and had to run to the bathroom sick. Ordered steak , way over cooked. Couldn't even chewy it. Granddaughter had chicken, it was ok. $56 bucks wasted. Will not go back!

Ok, I 1st want to say I love their food very good. But the service we had today was very awful. For my little cousin birthday who turned 17 we had a reservation we had two tables and our server we had were very rude and nasty. I don’t know what was his name but I told him I had wanted 2 to go orders plus one dining in so as I was ordering my to go orders he was mean mugging me like I was stupid. He also started to put his hands in my face being sarcastic and what’s so crazy is that I had a birthday dinner here back in December and he was very nice then but I think because teens were included plus children, he wasn’t really patient with us at all. Our drinks came late and so did our soups and salads. The food was really great and the chef we had was very awesome. Attitude was great. Also, police were called because one of the ladies said to us “You’re not going to pay, I’m gonna report you “ and we all were trying to pay but the problem was it was extra tip money involved they're not supposed to charge to go orders or just put extra tips on our orders basically trying to scam us out of our money. My other family member she had her kids with her and the lady starts chasing her kids bc of we didn’t want to “pay” and they were also being racist too. It is sad to say I will not be returning to Nasu ever again because of me and my family experience. I will go to another hibachi place that will treat us better. Take care and maybe you guys won’t scam us out of our money trying to add on extra money to our bill for whatever reason but it doesn’t work like that but be safe.✌🏼

I have been a frequent customer coming here for a couple of years. However, lately I have been having issues with the younger white girl working at the front getting my carry-out orders wrong. I don't get my money back when requested after finding out my order is wrong. I'm a bit frustrated about this issue so I'm going to take a break from eating here for a long while.
