Whom ever the new guy that says it is his store. He is extremely rude. First off If you a shift lead make sure the safety of your employees. In which the lobby door was unlocked so I walked in. Apparently they was close cause I was rudely told to get out of his store. And after I asked his name he refused to give it.Attitudes like this can make a person not think about nothing else but they pride. He better keep his attitude and non authority self back. I just want my bowl. That is obviously contributing to his check.Soon as it's 830 they systems always down or blenders I literally have no reason to keep visiting this location.

I got out of my car at 7:30 to get a smoothie inside but to find out the door is locked once again. Every time I come to smoothing king around 7:30 the door is always locked. I thought u guys didn’t close until 9? What’s up with that??

9:57 on a Sunday morning, drive through. Wouldn't take my order because they don't open till 10. Same thing was said to the car in front of me. Why not say we open at 10 but let me get your order and you'll have to wait a few minutes. Girl was just standing in the store, shrugged her shoulders and watched us drive away. I guess losing to sales has unimportant.

Love smoothie king but this location is always a miss... I don't think I've ever received the correct smoothie at this location, and when I politely let the staff know that something tastes off, they act like I just don't know what's supposed to go in the smoothie I ordered. I'm a frequent smoothie king customer and know exactly how my usuals are supposed to taste...especially frustrating when I'm minding my blood sugar and consciously order specific smoothies for post workout recovery or as a meal replacement for something healthy on the go, and receive one that is basically a watered down milkshake. Even tried only going inside to order in hopes that would help, but nope, still consistently wrong orders. Especially for people with health concerns, food allergies, or intolerances...steer clear of this location unless you want a not-so-fun surprise

Went through the drive thru and the cashier was very nice. I got the peanut butter swizzle bowl and I was so excited to try it. That excitement was short lived . When I received my bowl it was already melting so not off to a good start. I live 5 min from smoothie king and by the time I got home it was COMPLETELY melted and now I’m drinking my açaí bowl. Also would like to mention that my Banana was not even cut all the way so I had to use my spoon to cut up the bananas . On top of it all I paid $12 for fruit soup. I’ve had many açaí bowls and the consistency should be similar to soft serve so not sure how it melted that quickly . I will definitely come back and try something different.

I used to come here every other day but it has SEVERELY went downhill over the last 4-6 months. It seems they've completely replaced all the old staff and now it is literally horrible. Every smoothie I've gotten has been super watery and does not taste they're supposed to. Most of the time they make them they're rung up wrong and made wrong so you have to get it remade and they act like you're the problem. Unfortunately, I will have to find somewhere else to get a smoothie from now on because I'm tired of wasting so much money on disappointing drinks.

I tried to call an just let them know I found a hair in my smoothie, just to let them to know to check for others, an no one answered. I’m very disgusted at the fact that there was a hair in my drink, but more disappointed no one answered the phone.

First time experience and probably last. Service was not the best at all. Employees that were talking to another employee horribly because they didn't know the register and continued the horrible talk afterwards. The service experience and atmosphere was not a good feel. I asked for a smoothie bowl, asked if it would travel well as I wanted to take it with my to my destination few minutes down the road. I barely got onto 471 and I noticed that I was half soupy already and so extremely full I couldn't not open it in my car. Had to pull over and drain off excess liquid. For the $$ I paid and the service not a good first impression.

Went in for the first time. Place was very clean. Young lady, Julia, recommended a wonderful banana boat smoothie and suggested to add peanut butter. It was awesome. Will be back.

I came in friday afternoon to order smoothies for me and my kids. I felt extremely uncomfortable with two female employees who appeared to be touching each other in intimate areas such as the small of their backs while taking our order at the register and one was rubbing the other ones arm repeatedly and even went so far as to lay her chin on the cashiers shoulder after making a smoothie. I asked my older son to take the car keys and go wait outside with his siblings. There is no reason why workers should have their hands all over each other in those areas while making our drinks, nonetheless with small children present!

I wish I could give zero stars. Just had the worst experience and customer service experience at this location. I ordered two medium smoothies through the drive-thru and was asked to pull up into a parking spot. We proceeded to watch 4 multiple drink orders go out without receiving our order. After waiting 20 minutes, I went inside and the girl working there asked the person making the smoothies where our order was; the guy didn’t even know. It was clear our order had been lost and forgotten about. And then I had to explain why it wasn’t unreasonable for me to be asking for a refund. Overall not a great experience!!!

Backstory: I was in line in the drive thru and my car started smoking up. The staff here ran out to help me, make sure I was okay, and kindly got me my smoothie because of my bad day. The gracious acts of the workers here today made me almost tear up. When life is hard it is amazing when people are so compassionate, understanding, and offer help. I am writing this review because not only are your smoothies always great but the kindness of your crew at this location needs to be applauded.Thank you!!!

This was an incredibly dissatisfying and disappointing experience. We had never visited a Smoothie King until today. You only get one opportunity to make a first impression. Unfortunately the combination of TOO MANY CHOICES, POOR STAFFING, POOR QUALITY- we can’t even give 1 star to this place. Someone did give us a menu as we waited in drive thru. But we were still confused. So we came in - decided to split one of their Açaí Bowls. PB Sizzle ($12.95) It took over 15 minutes to prepare and once we got it - bad consistency, overwhelming with peanut butter, the açaí was runny, and limited berries. We also noticed while we were waiting the individual that was preparing these handed one to another customer covered on outside of container with some type of syrup. The staff member made no apologies or attempt to correct it. Instead when the other customer asked for napkin - pointed across the restaurant to another location That’s terrible service !!! We would recommend skipping this restaurant.
