Went through the drive thru and the cashier was very nice. I got the peanut butter swizzle bowl and I was so excited to try it. That excitement was short lived . When I received my bowl it was already melting so not off to a good start. I live 5 min from smoothie king and by the time I got home it was COMPLETELY melted and now I’m drinking my açaí bowl. Backstory: I was in line in the drive thru and my car started smoking up. The staff here ran out to help me, make sure I was okay, and kindly got me my smoothie because of my bad day. The gracious acts of the workers here today made me almost tear up. When life is hard it is amazing when people are so compassionate, understanding, and offer help. 9:57 on a Sunday morning, drive through. Wouldn't take my order because they don't open till 10. Same thing was said to the car in front of me. Why not say we open at 10 but let me get your order and you'll have to wait a few minutes. Girl was just standing in the store, shrugged her shoulders and watched us drive away. I guess losing to sales has unimportant.
