I wanted to check out Tom & Chee for years when we lived in Cincinnati, but we never made it to the restaurant until we returned on a frigid winter day in December 2025.

I love the concept. I know people really like their food, but I was under-impressed. I guess my expectations were more than what was delivered.

The ambiance is not warm. It's kind of industrial and very casual. I am sure the blowing wind and 4⁰ temperature outside...

VERY kind and accommodating staff here! we are so grateful they gave us local suggestions for things to do while family was in town and they were great with the kids. Also all orders were speedy and accurate.

Very clean for such a busy area, pat was unbelievable with everything from order taking to making peoples day, before us pat made a little girls day by just letting her joke with him, then did the same with my daughter, my 9 year old just said “the nicer restaurant don’t have people nice like him” yall need to further look into this man and give him the recognition he deserves
