It took way too long to get served my food when it was not busy. They did not apologize for my wait. Then, the food was not fresh at all. In fact, I got sick from it. Will not return to that location ever again. Zero stars.
THEY DESERVE ZERO STARS. As an OTR Trucker, it is a privilege to come across White Castles, especially coming from a state that doesn't have one (at least not yet). Customer Service at this location is horrible. The manager took one look at our truck and said we don't take walk ups. However, can you not hand me a mobile order at the front door the same as you would at the window? The manager refused to accommodate any alternatives other than "you have to drive up".
