If you order on the app and have the food delivered, it won’t be refunded if your order is wrong. So you won’t get to eat and you won’t get your money back. Keep that in mind when ordering food from this place. Explained to me by a manager who was having a small tantrum (named Rogue). Should have been a simple refund, the third party delivery driver didn’t make the mistake, you did. And the order was paid for through the White Castle app. Keep in mind this involved a food allergy and the manager didn’t care.

Awful experience. Management refused to not put cheese on my sliders in spite of me ordering them that way telling me that I wasn't "allowed" to remove the cheese. No refund was offered and I essentially wasted 10 dollars because a manager wanted to power trip over not adding cheese.
