Come for the borscht. Trust me. The rest of the food is delicious as well, but finding good borscht isn't easy. The kitchen knows what they're doing and I'm here for it.

First of all the lo-fi vibe of the cafe is so relaxing and that's even before you have anything to eat. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the borscht soup and it alone will bring us back.
He had the pork medallions and I had the salmon and asparagus. Both were cooked perfectly.

Ethnos cafe is a cozy restaurant with a relaxing lo-fi vibe, friendly staff, and great food. The borscht is a must-try and is said to bring people back, and the kitchen knows what they are doing. The pork medallions and the salmon and asparagus were cooked perfectly. Guests also enjoy the amazing coffee, the raspberry matcha, the raspberry dessert, the raspberry mocha with real dried raspberry, the Zucchini waffle, and the cottage cheese pancakes. The space is clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, and the restroom was also really clean with a cozy and beautiful fall atmosphere. The customer service is really nice, and the staff is very friendly and attentive. The restaurant is highly recommended and is a must-try.
