My entire order was wrong. Including no biscuits. What we did actually get was old and gross. When I called the store, the manager who said she filled the order herself actually hung up on me. Not even an apology.
I just spent almost $55 on a 16 piece meal and did not get the biscuits. I know some would say is 8 biscuits worth the complaint. This is not the first time I have not gotten my order correct. I truly believe the only time you will get your correct order there is if you eat inside.
Just went to pick up a 12 piece meal. They couldn't sell it to me because the cook was on break, and they'd run out of chicken. Wound up with an 8 piece. I guess the next customer was out of luck if they wanted more than 4 pieces.
