This is at the Owensboro, Ky. location on Hwy 54.
35 minutes to closing line full in drive thru and they didn't have any spicy chicken. Translation; they didn't want to drop any chicken because they were ready to go, even tho it wasn't closing time yet. 4 vehicles left the line, I'm guessing for that reason because it is the big seller and why people would choose Popeyes over KFC.
