My granddaughter slipped and fell on a wet floor going to get napkins in the main dining room. There was only one sign about the wet floor that wasn't clearly visible. After her fall a second sign was placed. Two people came out, one apologized. No one took her information for any type of follow up. She landed flat on her back.
Never a bad experience. Food is as tasty as the first time I had ever eaten at a chick-fil-a. Service A Plus! Thank you for always being the same as the time before. Nice to know not everything in this world has to have wi-fi to entertain an appetite!
I ordered on the app and there was a glitch in the system and my order wasn’t popping up on their end. They went above and beyond to make sure I had my order and didn’t have to wait in line for more than 5 mins. Amazing people, amazing service , amazing managers and workers!
