refused to sell me hot ham and cheese at breakfast. Although they are suppose to offer it per corporate and then the lady was unfriendly when I told her no, that was incorrect they sell them all day every day. she said. " Well not today we aren't. " They sell the Frisco which is just different bread all morning, so...they are just too lazy to get the buns out.
Went to Hardees and ordered our food. Two of my kids ordered one of their chicken sandwiches. After we paid, one of the ladies comes out fussing to the other lady about only having frozen chicken. They then stood there like they didnt know what to do. We ordered new sandwiches which were cheaper and they did not reimburse us the difference. just moved to area, had day off and thought I will go to Hardee's and get a steak egg and cheese biscuit my all time favorite item Hardee's has ever had, only to be told that they do not have those here... I told her to cancel my order backed out of the drive thru, pulled over to search another Hardee's in Paducah KY, called one, they we're under the same owner and they didn't carry them either.
