The food at Hugo's was so good. It was super hot and fresh, it tasted amazing, they have a lot of selections and the price wasn't bad. The environment was cozy and I will definitely be coming back.
We'll never go here again. When we walked in the entire place was like a sauna. Hot and foggy. There was absolutely no explanation and it smelled really bad. Staff was nice until we saw the waitress talking to the cook and pointing at my wife, she's trans. The tortilla chips are not very good, the carnitas were inedible. My wife said it was like they had taken old carnitas and microwaved them. They were too tough to eat and broilingly hot. The chicken in the enchiladas...

It's clean, the bathroom (the men's bathroom at least) is elegant, and the two people who waited on me were kind, pleasant, and respectful. The food was delicious and the price is right.
