Amazing customer service. Very busy, but everything went smoothly.
Ordered cupcakes, the owners were amazing at handling it as it was a rather weird request.

Food is good, but the service is extremely slow. If you only get an hour for lunch you night choose a different restaurant.

Despite the A/C being out, staff were pleasant and willing to accommodate. The food was excellent. Highly recommend.

The food is good but the service was not. Be prepared to be insulted if you don’t give a tip while ordering at the counter. To be clear you order and pay at the counter, you take a cup and fill your own drink, then when your number is called you go to the counter and pick up your food, when done you clear your own table. So when the old grouchy man asked me for a tip all I could think was…what for. As we walked away he said “thanks for letting us make your sandwich” wasn’t sure how to take that. This is the same service you receive at McDonald’s but they have never asked for a tip.

I absolutely love this place. Everything you get from here is amazing. The cookies, the key lime pie, the cherry turnovers, the cranberry blood orange scones, the pineapple upside-down cakes, the bread, Everything! The only thing I'd change is for them to be open longer 🤣 10/10 recommended.

this place is amazing..this is a must do if you come to Paducah..we didnt try anything we didnt love..the pepper biscuits were my favorite..we tried many different items and all were amazing..thank you
