Took my kids to the drive-thru at 4:30 and ordered two 10-piece nugget meals, I received two fries, two drinks and one 10 piece order of nuggets after I had to pull up.Took myself back at 9:00 for two hamburgers. After waiting forever, I received two hamburgers, one like it was supposed to be, and then one with onions only.Need to fire your entire staff and rehire competent employees.

They never get the order right. They all have nasty attitudes and show that they hate their job. There's never a smiling face. When you try to get your order fixed They have an attitude like it's your fault the order was messed up. Once there was a bug crawling on the tea urns nozzle, when I told the lady at the drive threw window she shrugged her shoulders rolled her eyes and slammed the window shut in my face! I didn't know how to take that, I just quit going to this location on loneoak rd. They are all rude and disrespectful, they don't want to work and are lazy kids.Parking: They have their parking at the entrance, coming off of a really busy road and the drive-thru line is always backed up blocking anyone from pulling in or backing out of their parking spot.Kid-friendliness: They have a small play area.Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair accessibility.

I had checked the website that tells you if the ice cream machine is broken and it said that it was in fact working and it had been checked and hour before I got there. Big surprise when I went to go order they claimed it was broken. You would think such a big corporate company would have the money to get better machines or fix the broken ones. Or the machines aren't really broken and the employees just don't want to do their jobs.

The outside Marquee said buy one fish get one fish for a dollar on the app only I tried and tried and tried to order on the app I went inside and asked the person there at the register how do you do this I can't get it to work she said I don't know I don't deal with the app so a manager came and said tried to help me but he didn't know either so why don't these people train their people how to access things that they're advertising I finally figured it out and the problem is you can only get one sandwich with one sandwich for a dollar so if you want to multiple people to eat only one person could eat waste of time

I typically go to this location at least 3 times a week and just about every time I go now (it didn’t use to be like this) the coffee tastes burnt and almost watered down for some reason. Almost like dirt. Not the expectation I had especially since we all come to love mccdonalds signature coffee taste. Disappointing. everyone is great and friendly, but don’t recommend getting hot coffee here.

Everyone was so pleasant. My son and I were coming through on a trip and stopped there very early yesterday morning. Nice people. Nice place. Bathroom stalls weren't exactly great but everything else was wonderful. Keep up the great work!

THEY LIE. IF IF THEY SAY THE ICE CREAM MACHINE IS BROKEN THEYRE PROBABLY LYING. paid for a 6pc nugget happy meal, mcdouble , and two milkshakes at 9:21 pm, they had us pull up. We sat there for 40 mins as the parking lot cleared time and time again , eventually they brought the food and informed us theyd be back with the drinks , then went and served another vehicle. Continued to wait til we seen someone leave with milkshakes. Went inside and told them what we were missing, THEY SAID THE MILKSHAKE MACHINE WAS BROKEN. FLAT LIED. we called them out on it and got our things. But it is absolutely ridiculous.
