About McDonald's

McDonald's at Loneoak Rd has been a mixed experience. While some found the staff rude and unprofessional, others praised the pleasant service they received. The drive-thru can be chaotic, with parking being an issue due to the backed-up line. The restaurant offers a small play area and wheelchair accessibility. Some customers faced difficulties with app promotions, with unclear instructions leading to confusion. Overall, the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff were noted positively, despite some shortcomings in service and organization. Recently, the restaurant has seen some decline in cleanliness, with tables and floors often messy and food crumbs left on surfaces. The kids' play area has been described as the worst, and there are complaints about the chaos inside, with staff seeming unsure of procedures. Orders can be confusing, with food sometimes placed on counters without drinks and customers needing to wait extra time. However, the food quality remains good and fresh, and some staff members, like the blonde woman, are helpful and polite. The McFlurry machine was reported to be working during a recent visit. Overall, while the restaurant maintains basic accessibility and offers a play area, issues with cleanliness, organization, and service quality have been noted.
