Gave this a 4* due to service, Sondra did a great job and was friendly and attentive. Typically do not leave reviews for chains, but thought this was worth it. Also awesome they didn’t charge for kids drinks even though our kids didn’t get kids meals.

Food was great not a long wait. But had a very absent server. She never once asked if we needed more to drink, and the person I was with ate most of their meal with an empty drink. we asked for boxes and she left to go get one and never returned. We had to go to the bar to get a box and just had the bar tender ring our ticket up and paid him. He was very friendly and asked if we needed drinks to go or anything.

Took 15 minutes before anyone came to even take a drink order and another 20 minutes till we got our bar drinks. By the time they brought our drinks, we already knew what app and meals we all wanted. The young lady kinda had an attitude and I understand they probably didn't want to be there in a snowstorm but hey you're there so make the best of it. I'm a server also so I understood and I still took care of her on a tip because she did have to be there during weather.
