I absolutely LOVE me some Popeye chicken sandwiches, but the night we came to eat here was terrible. We went through the drive through and ordered and sat in line for OVER 20 min. I’m not even lying. If we hadn’t been so hungry for Popeyes, we would have dipped out like the 4 other vehicles that were in front and behind us. I’m so disappointed at this Popeyes by Culver’s in Paducah.
It's very hard these days to receive exceptional service!!! When I receive exceptional service, I am very intentional about highlighting it. Chris was PHENOMENAL and very excellent at customer service. He truly exceeded my expectations and he deserves to be recognized and applauded. Thank you Chris for being a ROCKSTAR!!!! We ordered 2 combos and the lady behind the counter typed it in wrong. Won’t give us fries. She has an attitude and laughs at anything customers say. I don’t expect much from fast food, but this is the worst Popeyes I’ve ever experienced.

Ordered 2 shrimp tackle boxes. They come with fries and a Biscuit. No fries or biscuits. They were very rude and called us liers when I called. I also caught her in a lie. She said was the manager and the packer said everything was in there and then when I asked to talk to her she left. Was a regular. Will not be back
