Also I overheard a young male waiter with a very demanding/picky older customer handle the situation like a seasoned pro with a level of calm and grace I'd have never been able to generate myself...“

“I have always enjoyed Panera Bread. Tonight, the order was disappointing. We ordered a Mediterranean Bowl with chicken. It was a mess with hardly any chicken, miniscule amount of argula...just rice and goop (yogurt) and cucumbers. it was not the quality I have come to expect with Panera food. Aditionally, we ordered a Bacon Turkey Bravo with no lettuce and no tomato. It was apparent that the sandwich had been made with lettuce and then taken off, but it was not all removed. Again, just not as fresh and the quality was not what I have come to expect from Panera Bread. I wanted to pass along for feedback.“
