This place is so disorganized. The lady was on her phone with her earpieces the entire time. Didn't know what I ordered and tried to do something different and I said no, it's not that. Then they had to wait for the guy to try to open the drawer and close it for some reason after I had already paid and it was approved by card. This is the BEST Subway in Paducah! I love coming to this location because Debbie is always smiling, professional & has such great customer service; she makes me feel like I'm at home. The store is always clean & orderly. The fireplace & tv make a fantastic addition...makes me feel like family! The sandwiches are superb!

Always make a great sandwich. Very clean inside! It's hit and miss with the service. Sometimes great, sometimes with attitude. The 3 star rating is for the cost and hit and miss service. 2-12 inch subs, one with double meat was $31.46. 😮 That's crazy!
