This is my favorite spot in Paintsville. I know that isn't saying much because Paintsville is not the epicenter of gastronomy. But everything on the menu - boba tea, hibachi, sushi, even the salads are as good as anything I've had in LA or NY.
Hubby and I visited 123 Cafe visiting Paintsville on a Monday night when almost everything else was closed. It was 8pm and almost everywhere thst was still open was closing soon! We chose 123 Cafe because it had vegan options and were impressed the minute we walked in the door. Food excellent hot, good tasting, plenty generous. At first the price was higher than I expected, but rice & veggies included ended up costing less than eating @ McDonald's.Please update the foods list below or add a box to fill in what we got. Everything else was Gr8.Wheelchair accessibility: Right by the door. Very convenient.
