Honey B's Restaurant & Lounge

Food was very good and waiter was very nice. Food is a little expensive but good. Didn't realize it is inside Ramada inn.

I ordered to go. The waitress was friendly & I only had a short wait on the food. Everything was delicious. I got the Philly steak, which came with 1 side & a pickle & an order of spinach dip. I was able to eat twice on what I ordered. One thing I would have liked better was fresh made chips for the spinach dip, but it was very good either way.

Don't get me wrong, I love Honey Bs and the servers are kind and the food is really good. The challenge is that they get behind and start to make mistakes or run out of things. If you go on a Friday night plan to be there an hour and a half. They simply can't keep up in the kitchen. So plan accordingly. It's been this way the last 3 times, I was there but I now know that so I don't get impatient. The food is good. The grilled veggies are some of the best around. The salmon is very good. Gotta love the addition of the maple bourbon glaze. I would suggest that when they are running that far behind that they offer guests a free small trip to the salad bar. This would allow them to feel like you are aware of the problem and realize they may be hungry. Also when food comes out at significantly different times they can be eating something rather than just watching everyone else. I will still go back because I enjoy the food and the family vibe. I like the new fresh booths too. They just have a little work to do in keeping up with how popular they've become.

My wife and I ate there and the steak was cooked perfectly and tasted great! Service was great and the steak was similar to any high end restaurant! We would recommend to anyone!

Have ate here a BUNCH of times. I’ve had their fish, steak, club sandwiches, pulled pork, chicken salad etc.

You won’t find a better steak within 50 miles of this place. And as far as everything else goes, I have yet to have a bad meal here!

I have stayed in Paintsville at the Ramada many times and I always venture in to Honey B’s for either lunch or dinner.. ALWAYS have great service and let me tell ya, Courtney is phenomenal, the energy and southern sweetness is off the chart!! Others are super nice and serve to please !! Food has always been good and order correct.. stop in and see them!

It's a small restaurant inside a hotel. There is plenty of parking. I have been to this place two times and both times they were out of different steaks. The waitresses are friendly. The food was good and the appetizers are really good.
I haven't seen it crowded which I like. It's quiet and easy to carry a conversation. I will definitely eat here again but I will call ahead to see if they have their different meat cuts available.

My wife and I had our first experience at Honey B’s and it was awesome our steaks were amazing and the people very friendly and professional we’ll definitely be back 💯 percent satisfied.

As good as the food is, I think what I like most about this place is the service. Courtney makes you feel like you’re in your living room from the time she greets to the time she takes payment. Highly recommended.

I understand that we want to make sure we dont service alcohol to minors but when a 59 year old woman comes in and her driver's license is a few months expired because she didn't realize it and is not driving anyway, refusing to serve her wine is lacking common sense especially since it is not against Kentucky law. It is not about the wine, it is about not patronizing an establishment that can't think for themselves or understand the actuality of Kentucky laws.

My wife and I were in town to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. Honey B’s was highly recommended by Jeremiah of the US 23 Country Music Highway Museum. What a fantastic choice! From entering the foyer, you were greeted by lovely Christmas decorations surrounding you. The restaurant was warm and welcoming to us as we were seated promptly by our server. The menu was varied and had something for everyone including several sides to go with our main courses. The waitress was very attentive to our needs and took our order quickly. During our meal the owner Steve stopped by to ensure that everything was meeting our expectations. The steak that I ordered was cooked exactly as I requested, and my wife had salmon with a burbon glaze that was excellent. Each entree came with 2 delicious sides that were freshly made. We are planning to return to try their dessert menu. We would highly recommend Honey B’s as it has great portions, quality food, and is affordable.

The chicken sandwich was the best sandwich I have ever had. The waiter was quick and talked to us, and the store was empty, so we were the only table. The atmosphere is nice and fancy.
