I love KFC! But sometimes they get the order wrong, and when you go through the drive thru, you usually don't check your order until you get home. It can be so frustrating to have to go back, because of an order being wrong.We started checking it before we leave the parking lot.There food has ALWAYS been top notch though! So I'm not complaining about that!!.
About 75% of the time its great, 25% of the time they completely over cook their food (livers especially) even when asked for fresh livers, straight outta the deep fryer, they came out very dark and crunchy. If not for the very friendly service and awesome employees that take the order I would've gave lower stars.

The best friendly atmosphere. Tori Ferguson works the drive thru and always a smile and how are you. Helped me tremendously on a busy day when she didn't have too. And yes the manager is so sweet and professional along with the other employees. Seems to a place for home cooking when you want chicken.
