My 94-year-old grandma has become very ill, especially after losing her last surviving son, her husband of 40 years, and her sister all within the past year. One of the only things we can get her to eat is KFC's chicken pot pie.

The staff has gone above and beyond by making sure she has a fresh chicken pot pie every single day. That level of compassion and customer service is something you don't see often, and it has meant more to our family than they probably realize.
