“Nice Mexican restaurant in Paintsville. We were visiting paintsville for a day and decided to try Mexican food for dinner. We ordered chimichangas and veg. Fajitas. Both dishes were made the way we wanted. Excellent service with delicious food.“

“Was visiting family in Paintsville Kentucky and we stopped in for brunch before I left home for Dayton Ohio and this is one of the nicest locations I've ever seen. It's been newly remodeled and the staff was amazing. We had a huge order that was over fifty bucks and they got at 100% right with a smile. There is even room to park our motor coach because their parking lot butts up to Lowe's parking lot. Great place“
“You ever had Chipotle or Moe’s? This is way better. The food is fresher, the flavors are better, and the service is above and beyond. You won’t find a better fast food option in Prestonsburg. I know people that come in from out of town and ALWAYS eat at MTC when they’re here.“
“Great Mexican restaurant in Prestonsburg. Service is great and the selection is varied, I would suggest caution with the chicken dishes as they are regularly over cooked. That being said the seafood and beef are some of the best around and the prices are very reasonable.“
“First off let me say the food was excellent! They also serve a very generous portion. We ordered fajitas for two and it fed three of us and we still had leftovers to take home. The service was very friendly yet there was a bit of difficulty communicating with a language barrier. However I would give the server's high marks for being attentive.“

“Good fast service. The salsa was fresh. We ordered two of the "a little of everything" plates. It was two full plates of food for each of us. Way too much, but so cheap at only $13 bucks each. The cheesecake chimichanga was really good and came with ice cream and chocolate syrup.“
