Poor attitude——6 people walked out left the restaurant and we did too, because no one acknowledged us or them in dining room waiting for our orders to be taken. You think big deal well it will be when you loose your job/payday cause it closed.
I always thought it was weird that you never really see Wendy's employees wearing jackets, even when they looked cold. When I spoke with a former Wendy's employee they said there were only certain jackets that are allowed to be worn. Not only that, but a member of management has to buy it for you. If there are dress code requirements that management won't let the employees supply themselves with, then shouldn't the store provide if for them? After setting in the drive thru for over 20 minutes tonight we get home and half our food wasn’t even in our bag!! I called the restaurant before I posted 3 times to talk to someone and it rang over 10 times every time and no one ever answered!! Very poor management tonight

Customers may have to wait for their orders to be placed, but the staff is accommodating and helpful. If you prefer fresh fries without salt, they are willing to make a new batch for you. Overall, despite some minor cleanliness issues, Wendy's provides a pleasant dining experience with the option of purchasing kid-friendly meals and entertainment like boo books for children to enjoy.
