I had a semi large order and there was a few missing items from my bag when I arrived home. Called and spoke with Management, Amber, and it was easily fixed. It's nice to be able to make a call and speak with someone who works with the public and it not be a horrible moment in your day!!!

Went through the drive thru last night. They forgot the sauce for my wife's chicken nuggets. I had a double quarter pounder that was so messy I could barely hold it. The burger has split apart, instead of cooking more and replacing it. They just cobbled it together.

This McDonalds is slow and nasty can’t even keep sweet tea full in the lobby and the managers that run this place are not good. The owner of this location needs to look into all the employees running this location

Ordered carry out, via the app, for curbside pickup. Arrived to pick up my order to find all the curbside spots taken by people eating inside. So I chose on the app to pick up another way. I was then taken to a screen of just my receipt, to show I had paid. I had also received a text when the order was confirmed, from my bank, that the money had been taken from my account. After going in and I was able to catch a managers attention to say that I wasn't able to choose a spot outside, and that I needed to pick up at the counter when it was ready. She replied, sorta with an attitude, that she was working on it, and walked away. I let it go because they were very busy. After completing my order she brings it to the counter and as I step forward to claim it, she announces to the entire restaurant that I have, "not paid for my food!" And that I now need to connect to the restaurants wifi, turn on my devices location, and may have to wait up to 30 minutes, because my order is still in "staging/standby" in the stores system. She refuses to look at my receipt, or even the proof that it's been taken out of my account. But after informing her I wouldn't be waiting up to 30 minutes for it to maybe update in the system, she GAVE ME A REFUND FOR AN ORDER SHE ACCUSED ME OF NOT PAYING FOR!!!! And then threw almost $30 worth of food away! And then told me that I'd also see the money back in my account in 2 days. So she gave me a cash refund, for a order she said wasn't paid for, swore I would see a refund to my account and wasted food... its been 5 business days and no refund. But after spending money almost every morning, for my husband's work crew, I'll be taking my money elsewhere.
