My husband ordered food for his crew of utility workers this morning through the app. When the guys arrived, the manager would not make the order. They had the order number and even screen shot of the order with payment. Still no service! So no food for hungry crew, no refund, and no apology!! Shameful that the manager was unwilling to fulfill the order or work with my husband.🙁
I never leave reviews. Maybe I’m in a good mood today, maybe it’s because it’s Easter, but I feel the need to compliment the two young gentleman working the drive-thru. I visited the Paris, KY location a little bit after 11 AM. I did not catch their names but the young man taking the money and the young man handing out the food were both SO friendly. I am not from Paris and the kids who work at the McDonald’s where I live won’t even speak when they hand you your food....read full review
