Went through the drive thru last night. They forgot the sauce for my wife's chicken nuggets. I had a double quarter pounder that was so messy I could barely hold it. The burger has split apart, instead of cooking more and replacing it. They just cobbled it together.
Everytime I go thru the drive thru, my order even if it's a shake or tea or Pepsi. They don't change pop bags when it needs it. Choc shake taste like vanilla or strawberry or coffee why,,,? Order double burger get single burger order big Mac no lettuce but they wipe it off and still have lettuce? Why? I understand I grew up on McDonald's, food and drinks where great me in Paris now there service is really getting bad. Why why why

I had a semi large order and there was a few missing items from my bag when I arrived home. Called and spoke with Management, Amber, and it was easily fixed. It's nice to be able to make a call and speak with someone who works with the public and it not be a horrible moment in your day!!!
