I had a semi large order and there was a few missing items from my bag when I arrived home. Called and spoke with Management, Amber, and it was easily fixed. It's nice to be able to make a call and speak with someone who works with the public and it not be a horrible moment in your day!!!
Went through the drive thru last night. They forgot the sauce for my wife's chicken nuggets. I had a double quarter pounder that was so messy I could barely hold it. The burger has split apart, instead of cooking more and replacing it. They just cobbled it together.
Clean, friendly, and inviting. The only thing I would "complain" about or "point out" is the fact that the floor thru out the facility was very greasy. Slick to walk on. That's an "accident" waiting to happen.If anything, this should be a "heads up" cause someone is bound to take advantage of this "opportunity "?????.Nuff said!!!!!!!
