I fully understand that alot of teenagers work here as their first job but I would appreciate having them brush up on their customer facing attitudes. Note: Oct 21, I bought the super platter and I took a bite out of one of the smaller shrimps, and there was not a good taste to it. I’m not not sure what happened, but I spit it out and threw the rest in the garbage.

“Stopped in Glasgow for a quick bite before heading to Mammoth Cave. The burger was excellent, and the thinly cut fries were crispy. I tried their special sauce but ended up using ketchup.

A lot of customers seemed to be from the nearby medical facility. If they are regulars, my positive impression of the restaurant must be validated. Friendly staff.

“On May 31, 2025, I did an online order at Wendy's Restaurant in Cave City, KY at 2:24 pm the money was deducted from my account but when my fiancee and I got to the restaurant. We were told I didn't have an order so I reordered the items and was again charged a second time and we went to pick the second order up the employee running the cash register tried to say Again I didn't have an order but she pushed a button on the register and my receipt popped out with the items listed. I dispute the first order with my card and I called Wendy's in Cave City to let them know that I disturbed the first order and that I had proof it was taken off my card along with the second order. I'm so glad and happy that Wendy's Restaurant did refund the money back on my card. Thank you so much. I really appreciate you resolving this issue.

“we were here on oct. 20 and food was very good, lady at the register super nice…. buy my goodness…. a younger guy that works here ( tan kid and black hair), was on dining room side of the counter and he was yelling and laughing and playing the drums on the countertop and being so obnoxious we almost left. He was getting buckets of ice from another kid over the counter and hed DUMP them in as hard and loudly as he possibly could… and, he set them on the floor until sending them back over the counter to get refilled. ( gross) 10 buckets in total and he never poured one… he slammed em in with us standing right there then he kept beating on the counters and yelling and making bird noises… the dining room is for people to come relax and eat and he clearly does not understand that…??‍♂️“

“We travel all around the US now that we are retired and our favorite stop for a fast lunch is Taco Bell. This location was top notch!! My Mexican pizza was hot and tasty the Dr Pepper was delicious without any after taste of cleaning fluid. Staff was nice and bathrooms clean. “We were waited on and taken care of by Ian very kind and caring employee well mannered. I must say this is the cleanest subway we have ever eaten at and now we won't go anywhere but this one. Ian was working alone and he got a little busy I have never seen a young employee hold it together like he did what an Amazing job Ian. I think you need a raise ?

I prayed on it .walked outside my room and pizza hut first sign I seen. So I called explained situation and the Manager gave me a pizza and drink free.

“Walked over from Glasgow Tire & Auto Center to have breakfast while getting new tires, struts, u-joints, and carrier bearing replaced on my truck. Excellent food, friendly people, very clean (even the restroom),and Fox News on the TV. Highly recommend!“

“Went with my family and some friends. Waiter was super super nice. He asked if our kids could eat sweets, and gave us a free order of brownies. Then, to apologize for the drink situation (they had very few options and no cups, which was fine because we only wanted water), he did not charge us for drinks and even gave us a discount. He was also just very pleasant. Came back often enough to ask if we needed refills, but not so much that we felt uncomfortable. It was a great experience.“
