“I took a tour at MB Roland Distillery in Pembroke, Kentucky yesterday afternoon and somehow hit the jackpot because it turned into a private tour with just me and my guide, Ed. Best lunch break decision I have made in a long time.
Ed was friendly, knowledgeable, and great at explaining the full process in plain English without watering anything down. I am a curious guy and asked a lot of questions, and Ed answered every one of them directly. No secret sauce dodges, no mystery talk, just honest craft conversation.
What really stood out is how much MB Roland leans into local sourcing. You are not just tasting whiskey. You are tasting a little piece of Kentucky - Kentucky grain, Kentucky soil, and Kentucky 2nd Historical District craft distilled into something special. The owner was not content to put his own name on it. He put his wife’s name on it, and you can tell it is a work of passion.
Big thanks to Ed and the team at MB Roland Distillery for the tour, the education, and the toast at the end. If you are anywhere near Pembroke, this place is worth the stop.

“I question the bad reviews. The portions alone are something to write home about. The gyro combo could have fed 2 - 4 people whom are not glutenous. Lord knows I didn't need to eat that whole plate by myself.

The fries were seasoned just right. The gyro was more like a gyro boat, with both hands needed to pick it up without the contents pouring out. Much better than any fast food drive thru.

“Driving thru Kentucky going to Nashville and wanted to try somewhere local. Found this place with only a few locations. We ordered breadsticks, a cheese burger pizza and two customs pizza plus the cookie. Everything was very good and reasonable priced. Kind of upset we don’t live closer!“

They starting pay is up most best in the PX in comparison to its self because Sarku Japan and Ming Tree a substantial part of any great business is not only the head shoulders knees and toes or the hands, arms, and legs, nor the body, or neck but the heads left standing however long we go thru a battle at war with any place in the world but to recognize the importance of the ones whom kept you safe, warm, close, clothe themselves in another color just to keep your family supported memorable pure full of faiths and honorably serving no matter what the cost was for us to have your satisfaction as proud as we seek to be respectful, kind, caring, joyful, graceful, and we find a time to thank those who also have a line to protect provide grow and assert the newer generations to be as successful as possible as the ones we grew up in those others persons dreams as well. “If its could give it more stars I would. Been here a few times and food is always fantastic staff is very welcoming and polite the hibatchi griller was talented . Always get more food than you can eat so make sure your ready to eat. Always have leftovers .“

“Great buffet value. Saturday night adult buffet (water to drink) was $13.52 with tax. The buffet is small but almost everything I ate was really good. The hot & sour soup is one of the best I've had, they have actual pieces of pork along with the standard tofu, mushrooms, bamboo shoots, and egg. The egg rolls, lo mein, fried rice, general tso chicken, chicken on a stick tasted great. I wasn't impressed with the bang bang chicken (a little tough) or fried wontons (not much filling). Next time I'm in Hopkinsville I'll be stopping in.“

“They have the best selection for buffet that i have visited so far, I especially enjoyed the crab rangoon and the champagne chicken. No complaints whatsoever. I would definitely visit this one if you havent already i guarantee you will find something that you like . Kids can eat pizza, chicken wings, cheese sticks and ice cream ( all on the buffet) and I wouldn't doubt making this my new favorite buffet.“

“We are from Clarksville, TN and travel up to Hopkinsville once a month. Our last trip we decided to try this location for a late lunch. Upon arriving, we were greeted by friendly, smiling faces and seated promptly. Alyssa our server and her trainee Deanna were super friendly and provided fast service. We ordered two appetizers, mozzarella sticks and fried mushrooms. Both were full of flavor, tasted amazing, and the marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks was incredible! For our entrees, we ordered ribs and a 12oz ribeye. The steak was cooked to perfection and the ribs were literally "fall off the bone" to the point you didn't need to eat off the bone. Never ever have I tasted ribs this good! Upon complimenting the food, the manager Will came to our table to thank us personally and had a great attitude about what he does. Definitely a great example for his staff! When we are craving Logan's we will definitely go out of our way to come back to this location instead of the one here in town.“
